Future Directions:
- Continue measurements of vegetation plots.
- Add Sediment Elevation Tables (Boumans & Day 1993) and porewater piezometers at selected plot locations.
- Expand sampling efforts at Terra Ceia and the Alafia River and initiate sampling at Feather Sound.
- Use plot data to assist in ground truthing and calibration of LIDAR measurements.
- Develop and establish experimental approaches to assessing the effects of wetland restoration / creation projects at Terra Ceia
