Reporting progress which includes % of tasks complete, % of budget used and left, number of approximate hours spent and an assessment of what is left for completion of each task, will be provided at the time of final reports for:
- Task I (May 31, 2002)
- Task II (July 31, 2002)
- Task III (October 31, 2002
- Task IV (April 30, 2003)
- Task I will require an electronic and hard copy report detailing all organizations contacted, information collected, and a contact source. Copies of complete metadata files will be made available for review by GBEP and stakeholders. Due: Draft: April 30, 2002 Final: May 31, 2002
- Task II will require an electronic and hard copy report detailing all datasets acquired including type, quality, scale, and background documentation. Due: Draft: June 30, 2002 Final: July 31, 2002
- Task III will require an electronic and hard copy report detailing the organizational flowchart of the database, program software used, and a user's manual for database function. Due: Draft: September 30, 2002 Final: October 31, 2002
- Task IV will be the final assessment of the project via the internet. This will include a review and presentation of the product before GBEP and the Galveston Bay Council, a site uplink through the Galveston Bay Estuary Program/Galveston Bay Information Center website at http://gbep.tamug.tamu.edu/icx.html, and a final report to assess the product by the Principal Investigator to include lessons learned, limitations, and future recommendations.
